ENRICHMENT SUMMER CAMPS

EEF is excited to offer Spring Break and Summer Camps that give EUSD students the opportunity to explore their creativity, build confidence, and discover new interests. From performing arts, music, theatre, culinary arts, and more—through hands-on, engaging experiences led by trusted instructors and community partners.

At EEF, our mission is to expand access to high-quality enrichment that supports the whole child. Whether students are discovering a new passion or deepening an existing interest, our camps are rooted  in joyful learning, helping students grow both inside and outside the classroom.

Filmmaking Camp | Grades 4–6
Lights, camera, action! This two-week filmmaking camp invites students to explore the art of storytelling through film. During the first week, campers will learn the fundamentals of filmmaking, including story development, camera basics, and visual storytelling. The second week is hands-on, as students collaborate to create a short film—culminating in a special screening for friends and family.

Campers may register for one week or both. Prior experience recommended, but not required.

Junior Chefs Camp | Recommended ages 6-10
June 22–26, 2026 | 10:00 AM–12:00 PM
Young chefs are invited to a fun, hands-on cooking adventure with a new theme each day—Sushi Masters, Farmers, Grill Masters, Juicers, and Bakers. Campers will learn basic cooking techniques, kitchen safety, and creativity while making delicious dishes from scratch.

Camp will be at Lazy Acres Encinitas
$275 (full week)

Band & Strings Summer Camp | Grades 4-6
June 22–26, 2026 | 9:00 AM–3:00 PM
A pop-style ensemble camp for students with prior band experience, focused on collaboration, musicianship, and making music together.

Camp will be held at Capri Elementary

Musical Theatre Camp | Grades 3–6

June 29– July 10, 2026 | 9:00 AM–2:30 PM
This immersive musical theatre camp invites students to sing, act, dance, and shine as they bring a beloved show to life. Campers will build confidence, creativity, and collaboration skills while working toward a final performance experience guided by professional theatre educators. Perfect for students who love performing and want to grow as part of an ensemble.

Camp will be at Olivenhain Pioneer Elementary
$650 (full two weeks)
