Park Dale Lane Elementary: Where curiosity fuels our learning and connections ground our community.

At Park Dale Lane, we create a safe, inclusive, and joyful learning environment where every student is supported to grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Grounded in PBIS (Positive Behavior Intervention System) and restorative practices, we teach and model respect, responsibility, kindness, and empathy while fostering a strong sense of belonging for all.

We empower students to be curious, innovative thinkers who explore real-world problems, use feedback to grow, and persist through challenges. Together with families and our community, we cultivate lifelong learners who lead with integrity, compassion, and purpose.

In partnership with our district vision, we infuse joy, belonging, service, and innovation into learning, developing empowered learners, global citizens, and collaborative problem solvers ready to make a positive impact in their world.

The dedication of Park Dale Lane's staff, students, and parents has resulted in the school being selected as a 2016 California Gold Ribbon School, an Arts Exemplary School, a three time California Distinguished School and most recently a Classroom of the Future Award winner. 

The high level of parent involvement at Park Dale Lane demonstrates that education is a priority within our school community. A large percentage of parents attend school functions on a regular basis. We have an active and supportive School Site Council, PTA, English Language Advisory Committee and Encinitas Educational Foundation which provides support to many programs for students and families.
