Capri Elementary

Dual Language / Global Communication

Connecting and Contributing Globally

The Capri Elementary School community is located in the northwestern section of the City of Encinitas, serving over 700 kindergarten through sixth grade students. At Capri, we celebrate diversity and equip our students with the skills necessary to connect and contribute to the world around us. Capri students learn several universal languages that transcend cultures.

Capri offers a Dual Language Immersion Program in Spanish and English, and all students learn the language of music, science, coding and programming. The school has developed educational programs designed to provide the skills and tools necessary for students to explore their creativity while developing a strong educational base.

Capri students learn to not only be consumers, but are empowered to impact beyond our school walls and to contribute globally. The dedication of Capri Elementary School’s staff, parents, and community to their students has resulted in the school’s California Distinguished School and Golden Bell Award status.
